What you’ll be doing...

The Marketing Performance Management team takes a portfolio approach to evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across wireless pricing, device and service promotions, products and features, and CRM. This team uses a disciplined, data-driven value based marketing framework to assess performance and identify gaps/opportunities focusing on revenue generation and return on investment. The team is responsible for developing our value-based framework, communicating priorities for investment with leadership and market teams, and maintaining a database of marketing initiatives that will help leadership to prioritize the marketing budget.

This role is a market support function that is responsible for partnering with marketing and business intelligence leads in each market identify and prioritize performance opportunities. Regular deliverables include market specific analyses to support prioritization and evaluation of performance based investment opportunities. In addition to supporting the markets, the candidate will be need to develop strong partnerships with CRM, National & Local Promotions, Device Marketing, and Finance. Additionally, this role will coordinate with operations teams to recommend tactics for implementation to capitalize on the opportunities we identify.

The ideal candidate for this role is well-organized, accountable to deliverable deadlines, and is good at building relationships and collaborating with other teams. This person should have strong familiarity with wireless metrics and processes but bring a fresh perspective and embrace new ways of thinking. The candidate should be comfortable leading calls to coordinate efforts with market counterparts and fostering relationships across various business groups. What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in marketing or related discipline.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance – progress towards an MBA a plus.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience in a data analytics or market support role.
  • Good presentation development skills, high degree of comfort with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, time-management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
