The Product Manager will be responsible for defining new internet and mobile services applications. The focus is to deliver internet and mobile services for the B2B2C and B2C markets by leveraging Verizon’s assets.  Such an example is a mobile payments solution or advertising solution enabled by Verizon. This job requires working with other product managers in the team to help evaluate technical feasibility of the idea/service/ product and drive the service from concept to delivery.

  • Drive Services definition, planning and design of new product features and enhancements.
  • Develop Service-level requirements for  Services and Enhancements.
  • Work with other product managers for evaluating feasibility of service on verizon's internet platform
  • Work with customers during product pilot discussions to help evaluate partnerships and translate their requirements to features
  • Develop a strategic understanding of competition, target markets, customers, and evolving trends for VISP Services.
  • Work with the development teams to manage products from concept to delivery.
  • Communicate product benefits to customers, end users, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop the appropriate business case information to justify development of Services
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, and services.



Education: BS in Computer Science or related technical degree with MBA preferred.


  • 3-5 years of previous technical product management experience.
  • 6+ years’ experience working on mobile technologies/applications
  • Internet technologies and business experience desired
  • Strong exposure to user experience design and user research is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate market trends and feedback into successful product initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Ability to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace. Ability to work closely with development teams.
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, including Product Owner are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business problems and priorities into services roadmap.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
