What you’ll be doing...

The candidate will be perform analysis, and develop complex rules for accurate and timely reporting for submission of SafeLink Reconciliations and Data Integrity among the various systems. In this role you will:

  • Create PL/SQL programs to determine subscriber counts for SafeLink.
  • Reconcile the activity between TracFone and qualification third-party data hosted by Emerios, and the NLAD and Maximus database hosted by USAC.
  • Create and institute complex data reconciliation procedures to validate and monitor billable counts in support of TracFone’s compliance to Lifeline Federal and State guidelines.
  • Maintain SafeLink subscriber data per compliance requirements and support Internal, and External audit entities requesting information from TracFone.
  • Responsible for reporting and the documentation of the program rules, policies, procedures, work instructions, and functional level SafeLink financial and non financial documents.
  • Determine risk reserves, and develop ongoing enhancements and monitoring controls to the invoicing programs to ensure accuracy, completeness and mitigation of risks.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Must have experience with TracFone systems or processes
  • Six years of combined business andsystem analysis knowledge translating business requirements into system controls and programs
  • Six years experience of advanced PL/SQL analysis and complex programming
  • Experience with Low Cost & Low Income Lifeline Programs or equivalent experience with municipal, state or federal compensation programs (e.g.,Medicard, National School Lunch Program).
