We are currently hiring for Security Consultants to join our Professional Services team supporting accounts and projects across the globe.

  • Working with the biggest clients, delivering consulting on the best-in-class security solutions and technologies.
  • Leading the technical design, build and testing of solutions.
  • Working as part of the technical delivery team supporting design, build and delivery activities.
  • Working within multi-functional teams which typically include sales, project management, managed services and external 3rd parties.
  • Maintaining day to day records of project work to allow accurate billing and reporting of consultancy time.
  • Operating and managing the client’s Cisco ISE infrastructure.
  • Maintaining the team’s Knowledge Base.
  • Performing incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Establishing, tuning, and adhering to performance metrics.
  • Staying up to date on new features and technologies.
  • Providing proactive support to the client.
  • Planning and managing the design, implementation, and integration of systems and processes related to operational management of Cisco ISE.
  • Participating in an on call duty rotation.

Where you'll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Cyber security experience.
  • Experience with “Implementing Cisco Secure Access Solutions” (SISAS).
  • CCNP level certification Routing and Switching and experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wireless LAN controllers).
  • Experience setting up ISE deployments, preferably both wireless and wired type of deployments.
  • Knowledge of RADIUS, 802.1x and all EAP variants (experience debugging this at packet level).
  • Knowledge of AD.
  • Knowledge of PKI infrastructure (CA).
  • Experience with the Cisco AnyConnect network access module and compliance module (for posture validation).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • CCNP Wireless certification.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Three or more years of analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excels in ticket management, ensures that SLAs and OLAs are met.
  • ITIL certification.
