What you’ll be doing...

We are currently hiring for Security Consultants with Endpoint and Email Security skills to join our Professional Services team supporting accounts and projects across the globe.

As a Security Consultant, you will:

  • Triage inbound support cases.
  • Solve and coordinate resolution of Tier 1 and 2 cases independently or with the help of teammates.
  • Identify and rapidly assign Tier 3 support cases to the appropriate channels.
  • Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts.
  • Work with Technical Account Managers on strategic customer activities.
  • Contribute to and track activity, after action, root cause, and daily status reports.
  • Document best practices and Play Book entries.
  • Work closely with appropriate teams on improving Endpoint Security operational status within key accounts.
  • Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.
  • Work on cross-functional teams which typically include sales, project management, managed services and external 3rd parties.
  • Maintain the team’s Knowledge Base.
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Establish, tune, and adhere to performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and technologies.
  • Provide proactive support to the client.
  • Participate to an on-call duty rotation.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in Systems Administration or Engineering.
  • Two or more years of endpoint/email security experience.
  • Experience with Cylance/Tanium/Crowdstrike/MS Defender (or any enterprise endpoint security product).
  • Experience on Cisco Email Security / MS Defender for O365 / Proofpoint (or any enterprise email security solution).
  • Knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of the following:
    • Endpoint / Email Security
    • Endpoint / Email Support/Troubleshooting
    • Incident response
    • Systems Management / Administration
    • Software Engineering
    • Utility Scripting (e.g., bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Certification on Administration or Design of Cylance/Tanium/Crowdstrike/MS Defender.
  • Certification on Administration or Design of Cisco Email Security / MS Defender for O365 / Proofpoint.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to break a problem down into manageable, ordered piece parts.
  • Ability to convey problem statement and plan of attack to others.
  • Good communications skills (English).
