What you’ll be doing...

As a Product Manager in the Data Insights team, you will be responsible for developing data insights products and solutions from customer needs gathering to ideation to building proofs of concept to commercialization. Data Insight platforms incorporate insights for a wide range of business products from SD WAN, FWA, Edge Computing and Security. The role incorporates driving requirements for data enablement, model development and visualization. Responsibilities span from customer needs identification, platform/solution definition, product management - including but not limited to business case, pricing, market sizing, segment identification, customer journey.

Challenges are many and include:

  • Identifying new opportunities.
  • Market pain points.
  • Fit for Verizon.
  • Path to monetization.

The Product Manager will work with many different product teams to qualify new insights and assess feasibility of data procurement and implementation. The qualification process will include developing a business case, customer feasibility, market sizing. A successful candidate will be a confident collaborator, spokesperson and champion for their ideas and work diligently to build a coalition of internal support. A customer-first mentality, out-of-the-box thinking, and a good strategic mindset are all critical for success.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or data science.
  • Experience in Product management.
  • Six or more years of work experience in data management, analytics, visualization, model development, AI/ML.
  • Experience in Full Stack Operations (e.g., Application, Infrastructure, Data), API management, Big Data, Data Analytics, AI/ML.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies as related to AI/ML, digital twin, and 3D data visualization.
  • Experience with business case development.
  • Demonstrated ability to package and sell ideas and influence across all levels of management and across organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and organize data and develop recommendations.
  • Experience in Agile development.
  • Knowledge with System Integration skills on large scale platforms.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000 and $221,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
