What you’ll be doing...

We are constantly innovating to unleash the power of our network and technology and you can ensure that we stay at the forefront, providing an unequaled customer experience. You’ll lead a team that works with internal as well as external partners across all RAN engineering organizations. You will be managing a team who is responsible for equipment engineering, budgets, and implementation ofMacros, Small cells, C-Band, and In-Building solutions across our network. Your role will involve negotiating with vendors, and partners and managing external stakeholders for smooth project deliveries in time. As a project management leader, you’ll build strong cross-functional relationships and work to ensure all projects are aligned with business objectives.

  • Leading a team of professionals, planning and reviewing their work, plus removing barriers and solving problems to help them be productive..
  • Building processes to gather process improvement insights from the team.
  • Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones while anticipating and mitigating any risks/issues that arise.
  • Applies standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet internal and external customer expectations.
  • Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
  • Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle or specific phases.
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive key decisions and ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinates the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
  • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures.
  • Sets and manages stakeholder expectations, managing, and escalating issues and changes.
  • Manages scope and applies change control procedures when necessary.
  • Evaluates the impacts and risks of changes from multiple perspectives, assign tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations, determine tentative implementation dates, and track the results of the implementation.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of project management experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience successfully completing complicated tasks with little to no supervision or direction.
  • Experience managing projects involving internal and external teams.
  • Experience with G Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Knowledge of business process development and improvemen
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Experience leading a virtual or distributed team.
