What you’ll be doing...

As a Workday Recruiting Product Owner, you will be part of a talented product organization in the Corporate System Technology group enabling and supporting business solutions across Human Capital Management with responsibilities spanning across business enablement, solution design, technical architecture, system design, application and integration architecture. The individual will be responsible for coordination with business and IT stakeholders giving high attention to detail and will deliver projects of moderate to high complexity with leadership impact, influence and visibility.

  • Partner closely with the Business and HRIS team to review the product capabilities, gaps, enhancements and work on possible solutions within the heterogeneous technical landscape of HCM Modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders, Release Train Engineers, Scrum masters and other Domain and Product experts within the agile framework to deliver secure, scalable solutions that are reliable and highly available.
  • Collaborate and partner effectively with multiple stakeholders to define detailed customer requirements, assess and provide solution options for business processes and integrations and act as a voice of the product organization
  • Solve complex business problems integrating Workday with internal and 3rd party applications like PeopleSoft Payroll, Financial functional areas (SAP integration) and external vendors (SaaS, non-SaaS) like recruiting, benefits etc.
  • Act as an SME and impacted functional areas; perform impact analysis for major changes to Workday either through Solution Delivery or Workday releases; monitor and report on ongoing performance and health of integrations and work closely with other Product Managers to support multiple stakeholders

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Learning or Compensation modules as a Product Owner or Domain Architect or Solutions Architect.
  • Experience in building custom applications using Java/ Springboot/ ReactJS using Kubernetes/Docker containers.
  • Experience with Gitlab, PostgreSQL, API Gateway, Confluence, JIRA.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Commitment to excellence in delivery of customer service with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail and effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and flexible to work based on changing competing priorities including ad hoc requests.
  • Knowledge of Devops and integrating with Cloud technologies like AWS/GCP is a plus
  • Knowledge on the Workday security is a plus

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000 and $192,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
