What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be a key resource ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll handle all aspects of a project from finding the best vendors to putting plans in place, tracking progress, through to delivery of a quality solution. You’ll partner with other areas of the business, like procurement and sourcing, to be sure that all resources are ready when needed. We’re looking for your project and financial management expertise so that we can deliver the best outcomes for the business and in turn, to our customers.

  • Leading several projects and tracking key outcomes, including financials.
  • Partnering with others both inside and outside to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Defining and ensuring quality standards and project policies are met.
  • Reporting progress and outcomes in various functions and levels.

Where you’ll be working:

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of Operations experience.
  • Experience with Retail tools and systems (SFDC, OMNI, MyBiz, G-Suite, POS).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Project Management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
  • Experience with complex tools and systems including; EMAG, M2M Management Tool, Fuze, One Talk portal, BuSS, Erate.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business Sales or Sales Operations experience.
