What you’ll be doing...

Addressing and resolvingall issues concerning field office operations by post production application triaging, identifying a remedial plan, help in recovery and helping by resolution of Trouble Tickets.

  • Monitoring key metrics and follow action plans for Operations.
  • Contributing to implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth
  • Collaborating with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services
  • Managing Application Ticket services to ensure they meet client/customer expectations and requirements
  • Working in shifts to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensuring Field operations are completed in a timely and effective manner within SLA .

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, Java.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, PL/SQL.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge of software development industry concepts, tool and techniques.
  • Experience in achieving operational objectives within set deadline.
  • Knowledge of RPA tools will be an added advantage ex. Automation Anywhere.
  • Working experience in a technology industry preferably as part of operations support service agent.
  • Working experience with Application Leads and field agents to ensure smooth work operations.
