What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you’ve gained in your MBA program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your business strategy knowledge in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority.

In the Strategy MBA intern role, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses on emerging trends and upcoming potential disruptions across the markets we play in, including making recommendations for future areas of focus to drive growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for senior management and board presentations.
  • Support analysis and solution development for assigned business challenges to drive new growth and value opportunities across a dynamic and innovative business environment.
  • Leverage critical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills (e.g., data-backed analysis, data science tools, valuation methods, hypothesis-driven approach, research and strategy frameworks) to support the design and execution of new solutions.
  • Partner with product marketing to identify new business areas, set related aspirations, and create the roadmap to drive mid-term growth.
  • Create, document, and share processes that support our 5G ambitions, as well as develop creative ideas and solutions based on research and insight for new products or improving existing products and experiences.
  • Working with cross-functional teams, bring together multiple roadmaps for consolidation and prioritization of our 2024 plans.
  • Craft customer experience strategies, drive customer experience projects, and conduct analytics to deliver the next best experience for our customers, leveraging data and intelligent decision making.
  • Work with a Strategy Manager or in a larger project team structure to deliver on creating/expanding products and services for internal and external customers.

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.

The internship will be a hybrid model (combined virtual/work from home and potential in-office experiences).

You’ll need to have:

  • Current enrollment in an MBA program with a concentration in Operational Excellence, Strategy, Math or Engineering, Consulting, Business/Data Analytics, Aritificial Intelligence, Project Management, Finance or a related field with an expected completion date between December 2023 and June 2024.
  • Four or more years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Customer Insights, Consulting, Telecom or a related field.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong analytical skills, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce, customer experience, and business strategy.
  • Understanding of online metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Experience with digital web/ app experiences.
