What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be supporting our daily Accounts Payable processes by gathering information, performing analyses, and maintaining documentation. Enabling us to run more efficiently by looking for policies or processes that can be further streamlined will also be a vital part of your role. We are the best Finance team in the business and you can be part of it, keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running like clockwork.

  • Acting as an Accounts Payable SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Global Payment Processing.
  • Evaluating current processes and seeking ways to automate further.
  • Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production validation for ERP conversions, system enhancements, new legal entity setups, defect resolution, and other Accounts Payable impacting projects/initiatives.
  • Analyzing and documenting system and banking requirements to facilitate domestic and international payments.
  • Researching and resolving escalations and issues related to Accounts Payable systems and processes.
  • Creating and updating process documents and training content.
  • Working closely with Accounts Payable management/staff in support of time bound processes.
  • Providing assistance and training to team members to support workloads.
  • Providing backup coverage for Pay Cycle workloads as necessary.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in systems design, configuration, testing, and implementations.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Experience in accounts payable and/or general ledger experience.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Experience in using Smartsheet or MS Project.
