What you’ll be doing...

As a Senior Engineer Consultant-Software Development, you will be translating user requirements and develop end to end applications.

• Working on complex applications using Java, Microservices, Cloud Services Like AWS, GCP .etc , DevOps tools , EKS , Docker and Working with business users / SMEs in other parts of the team.
• Building applications by following coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
• Designing mid to complex applications and developing them.
• Collaborating with architects to explore existing systems, determine areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learn the applications capabilities.
• Taking ownership of the tasks assigned and is able to execute it in agile and ambiguous environment.
• Contributing to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies.
• Mentoring junior employees and be ready to shoulder ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
• Hiring the best talent.
• Creating a repository of the domain/technical/design knowledge.

Where you’ll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Primary Skill :Java , Micro Services , Cloud Services Like AWS, GCP .etc , DevOps tools , EKS , Docker and Secondary Skill : Scala.
• Experience in working on agile projects and is well aware of the agile practices and tools used in the development (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, etc.)

• Ability to work in agile ambiguous environment and can effectively juggle between competing priorities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to go the extra mile proactively.
• Database knowledge.
• Good problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Ability to clearly articulate and influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud.
