What you’ll be doing...

A Mobility Marketing Activation Consultant opportunity is now available within the Marketing Activation team.

This position will be responsible for supporting strategic briefs, plans, POVs and processes across mobility promo & value prop initiatives.

  • Contributing to strategic briefs grounded in consumer and business insights to guide work across CX and identity, to media planning, to creative output.
  • Collaborating with research partners to uncover consumer insights and trends to guide initiatives.
  • Contributing to GTM plans both within and across initiatives. Bringing focus and clarity to marketing efforts and creating a cohesive whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Tracking end-to-end campaign deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.
  • Contributing to initiative post-mortems and establishing best practices for future efforts.
  • Supporting on holistic process & operations -- ensuring process excellence across the team.
  • Collaborating with agency partners on competitive tracking, insights and reporting for leadership visibility.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

The preferred locations for this role are the hub locations listed below; candidates in other locations also may be considered: New York (NY), Basking Ridge(NJ).

This role may be considered as part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal and deck-building.
  • Experience in supporting marketing/campaign/comms strategies.
  • Experience in presenting strategies and points of view to peers and team leaders.
  • Experience in working with multiple cross-functional teams and building strong relationships.
  • Experience in contributing to multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, with a large volume of deliverables.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $87,000 and $161,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
