What you’ll be doing...

You will responsible for design and development on new software or extension of existing software and recommending design and architecture framework and improvement based on global standards.

  • Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility.
  • Contributing to the design and specification process. Building relationships with various project/program stakeholders and business partner’s while identifying areas to add value and to improve performance within the business.
  • Assessing the team's technical skills, potential and effectively allocate task responsibilities to junior/Vendor team appropriately.
  • Conducting regular retrospective with team and bubbling up issues at the right time to ensure the delivery does not get into jeopardy or the quality of the deliverables do not get deteriorated.
  • Developing, testing and coordinating all user interfaces and leading code reviews.
  • Providing troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Delivering high-quality code.
  • Playing lead developer and managing the quality of the team's delivery.
  • Preparing HLD and LLD for the domain teams.
  • Ensuring the team has strong knowledge of requirements/features resulting in strong SME team is being build via regular knowledge sharing session both for Vendors and FTEs.
  • Understanding and adopting DevOps Delivery pipeline and getting equipped with all enablers.
  • Establishing, communicating and implementing policies and procedures as required to support new/changing business requirements and improve efficiency.
  • Providing regular project/program updates to senior leadership.
  • Taking complete ownership and being accountable for the assigned user stories end – end during all the phases of release.
  • Acting with sense of urgency on escalations and ensuring that the reported issue is actioned immediately and resolved with minimal time.
  • Participating in organization’s other program initiatives like Ideathons, Hackathon, Brown Bag sessions

Where you’ll be working…

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Full Stack in Java/J2EE , Spring Boot, Micro services, React/Angular, JS, Oracle.
  • Experience in Docker/K8s,Devops, AWS.
  • Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle (system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation).
  • Experience in DB, UI and Microservices.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master’s Degree.
  • Experience in IT - Telecom Industry.
  • Experience in handling teams.
