What you’ll be doing...

At VCG Verizon India Field Operations, we provide the complete production support for the assisted channels to ensure that all the mission critical applications are being monitored via alerting reports/dashboards to provide seamless customer service and all the customer escalated issues/ AYS tickets created by reps are being addressed within stipulated SLA’s.

We play a phenomenal role in reducing the call volumes in the sales and service flow by addressing all the critical issues on the activation failures, switch errors, pending orders, etc.

  • Running the war room meetings with Dev teams for addressing the priority AYS tickets.
  • Triaging for the AYS tickets created by reps and resolving the tickets within the given SLA's.
  • Creating CMD for the critical issues and helping the dev teams with our level 2 triaging analysis to make sure critical issues is being addressed and fixed.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the Operations Incident ticket level 2 triaging.
  • Experience in handling the CMD efforts / War rooms.
  • Experience in the NSA Domain knowledge.
  • Experience in JIRA's, Reporting tools, Kibana.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Good Analytical Skills in solving the problems.
  • Knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Knowledge in Relational database and No Sql Cassandra.
  • Knowledge in RPA Automation.
