You will work across the entire Verizon enterprise and with external agencies to coordinate the timing and delivery of MAC team executive leadership presentations, status reports, and ad hoc requests.

The Manager will be responsible for developing and managing timelines, gathering content from cross-functional leads, and synthesizing information for executive audiences – understanding the nuances of distilling content for leadership is critical. This role will plan for both short-term and long-term deliverables while always being adaptable to ever-changing business needs and priorities.

This individual will help design and optimize processes and ensure cross-organizational adherence. The integration of technology platforms such as Workfront will be key in helping to develop processes for this newly-formed team to enable CMO and MAC to optimize workflow, improve ways of working, and speed to market.

  • Leading the planning and project management for MAC and the broader CMO team presentations and deliverables.
  • Owning, managing, and ensuring on-time delivery of agendas, presentations, and marketing materials that require stakeholder inputs from Director, VP and SVP levels.
  • Developing and continually optimizing workflow processes across the team to drive greater efficiency and increased speed to market.
  • Assisting in recurring senior executive updates across various initiatives
  • Partnering with external agencies to align on key initiatives and project management.
  • Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and are evaluated for ROI.
  • Making trade-offs to deliver effective solutions to business partners in a timely fashion.
  • Utilizing creative thinking around technology trends and their effectiveness driving organizational change.
  • Assisting in the implementation and adoption of Workfront across CMO and BUs.

Where you'll be working...
