What you’ll be doing...

  • Contributing to project delivery and key strategic initiatives by ensuring timely & defect free Code delivery and closure of sprint iteration.
  • Leading and owning sprints to groom backlog and prioritize user stories for that iteration.
  • Engaging in new user story creation and Own design, analysis and delivery of committed user stories.
  • Engaging in periodic grooming of technical debt and ensure timely resolution of defects
  • Understanding and implement non-functional requirements such as performance tuning, infrastructure uplifts, etc.
  • Understanding and present functional background and KPIs on an a release basis.
  • Facilitating regular touch points with interfacing system teams.
  • Embracing DevOps 100% and ensure good operational metrics with SonarQube issues, Unit Test case coverage, Code Review, Security Vulnerabilities, and Regression Automation.
  • Collaborating effectively with interfacing teams.
  • Ensuring Application environment stability and resiliency.
  • Driving process Improvements & Initiatives, pertaining to Agile, lean six-sigma and Innovation.
  • Driving Technical Initiatives.
  • Understanding common security vulnerabilities and ensure governance recommendations are strictly followed. Ensure the scrum team applies the recommendations.
  • Learning and Collaborate with Architect SME on threat modeling for new development.
  • Understanding and engage in DevOps & Cloud enablement.
  • Driving Proof of Concepts by exploring new tools and techniques on Cloud and DevOps platform.
  • Driving and contribute to building knowledge repository.
  • Developing business ideas. Build team to further develop the idea and collaborate with Manager for patent prospect.
  • Grooming junior staff and Drive culture of collaboration to share learnings across team members.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You have strong technical skills and are eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive business requirements, develop end-to-end personalized solutions for customers, and communicate status and progress to leadership. You work independently and are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in React JS, Java/J2ee, Spring Hibernate, Oracle/SQL, Weblogic, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, JBPM.
  • Experience in Cloud Technologies like AWS, and OCI. Certification would be a plus.
  • Experience in DevOps technologies like GIT, Jenkins, Logstash, Kibana, Rabbit MQ, Sonar, etc
  • Experience in Microservices and REST API
  • Experience in Database technologies (e.g., Oracle).
  • Experience in ITIL, and Telecom domain.
  • Experience in project/program development and leading the execution in a highly demanding environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree.
  • Experience in code coverage tools (e.g., Sonar).
  • Experience in security tools (e.g., Fortify, Blackduck).
  • Experience in DevOps / CICD model.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and usage of Scrum Tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Experience in Reactive Spring & GraphQL.
