What you’ll be doing...

At VCG Verizon India Field Operations, we provide complete production support for the assisted channels to ensure that all the mission critical applications are being monitored via alerting reports/dashboards to provide seamless customer service and all the customer escalated issues/ AYS tickets created by reps are being addressed within stipulated SLA’s.

  • Running the war room meetings with Dev teams for addressing the priority AYS tickets.
  • Triaging for the AYS tickets created by reps and resolving the tickets within the given SLAs.
  • Creating CMD for the critical issues and helping the dev teams with our level two triaging analysis to make sure critical issues are being addressed and fixed.
  • Ensuring the flow through of orders from submission to fulfilment, activation, and billing is one hundred percent.
  • Tracking the KPIs and review them with the leadership team regularly.
  • Working on the priorities set for the Tier 2 operations team that will completely own the Promotions and order management operations.
  • Working in shift-based delivery in the Tier 2 operations team to support the business needs.
  • Focussing on automating the repeated work with a strong engineering focus that will improve the efficiency of the operations.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in the Operations Incident ticket level two triaging.
  • Experience in handling the CMD efforts / War rooms.
  • Experience in PL/SQL, Java, and Python technologies.
  • Experience in the NSA Domain knowledge.
  • Experience in JIRA's, Reporting tools, Kibana.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Good Analytical Skills in solving problems.
  • Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Knowledge of Relational database and NoSql Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of UIPath, RPA Automation.
  • Knowledge of Java, and Spring Boot.
