This position is responsible for the regional/area revenue assurance function to ensure that revenues are properly billed in the through bill verification and cycle approval.  The incumbent maintains the integrity of the billing system while promotions and new products are being implemented and ensures continued accuracy of the implementation.  The Analyst performs tests to monitor the integrity of the revenue stream, apprising supervisor of issues as necessary.

  • Performs periodic system and compliance audits of the network, billing and/or financial systems.  Makes recommendations, resolves billing discrepancies and works with other departments to implement.
  • Compiles data and performs data analysis procedures aimed at ensuring network through billing system integrity.
  • Supports the design of effective tests to monitor the impact of changes to the network and billing systems.


Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, technical discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • One or more years of relevant experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Demonstrated aptitude to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify cause and effect relationships.
  • Prior systems audit experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Possesses a basic understanding of company’s financial system and the ability to partner with Finance to ensure integrity of related financial reports and analyses.
  • Ability to communicate complex and/or technical information clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization using tact, common courtesy, persuasion, and discretion to effectively achieve objectives.
  • SQL or other querying experience.  Experience in PC related applications such as Excel, Access, and Word. 
  • Expert in the technical functions of billing/customer management and network signal generation systems.
