Telogis is the world’s leading provider of location based fleet management and route optimisation solutions, and New Zealand’s fastest growing technology company. We’re looking for a switched-on, highly motivated Support Engineer to join our growing global support team.

  • In this role your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up and training new customers
  • Answer customer queries about Telogis products
  • Resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Research or escalate cases requiring additional attention
  • Identify and define ways of improving our customer’s experience

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer to join our Level 1 team. Ideally you will have a proven record of providing a high standard of customer support to a range of customers. For the right person, this role could lead to exciting opportunities within the technical support team and beyond.


  • Experience delivering hardware or software support services
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise quickly, in tight timeframes
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Willing to work flexible shifts (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday)


  • Tertiary qualification, ideally in computer science, engineering or similar
