What you’ll be doing...

  • Working shifts in a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) team for a dedicated customer solution.
  • Picking up alarms and incidents for network incidents and driving them towards resolution.
  • Coordinating with required internal and external parties to resolve incidents.
  • Keeping the customer updated about their incidents via ticket systems, phone and email.
  • Escalating incidents to a dedicated 2nd level repair team when needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation of standard configuration changes.
  • Implementing prepared configuration changes.
  • Joining conference calls to assist customer change or troubleshooting.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in implementing or operating IP networks.
  • Cisco CCNA certification or comparable knowledge.
  • Demonstrated capability to be a communicator with good verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
