  • Compare table data entered by IT designs and report quality assurance results to the client and testing organizations.
  • Use data management skills to provide timely quality assurance for data entered by the Marketing teams.
  • Provide expertise to IT during design and perform quality assurance processes for complex new bundles, promotions, and all other pricing table changes made for marketing purposes
  • Drive improvements in quality assurance process
  • Oversee review of all major complex testing on new bundle / product / promo projects in area of tables system reference data
  • Work with IT testing team to ensure table updates are loaded and tested at scheduled times.
  • Provide expertise on complex project design calls, provide test case requirements, open pre-production trouble tickets, review test output to ensure compliance with design
  • Drive improvements in automation and processing, reducing manual work using SQL queries and matching system data to identify unintended consequences
  • Coordinate across business lines with Marketing, Business, and IT to ensure proper deployment of Product Change Requests.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Four or more years of experience in database management, data grooming, mapping, SQL analysis, system flow, project management and/or process improvement skills.
  • Ability to negotiate issues across multiple teams in environment of constant change.
  • Written and oral communication skills. Organization skills.
  • Ability to act quickly and resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to investigate and determine root cause of issues.
  • Knowledge of ordering, provisioning and billing systems.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata queries, procedures and functions.
