What you’ll be doing...

The Program Management Office (PMO) is the governing organization for oversight and control points for the cross-organizational deliverables that are required in order to realize the benefits of investment for our company. This position is a unique opportunity to be a part of an established team, working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


  • Work in conjunction with internal business partners (including Network Engineering, Planning, IT, Finance & Operations teams) from all lines of business to design, deliver and implement the program.
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-organizational work streams on which the success of the program is dependent.
  • Contribute to end-to-end processes and efficiencies, across all network technology, product, operations and functional support organizations.
  • Establish delivery of KPIs and quality metrics.
  • Be a catalyst for change and efficiency as we improve or leverage existing processes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing projects, ideally, technical or engineering.
  • Experience in data analytics and data science.
  • Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge on how different lines of business operate within a corporation.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Outside Plant engineering experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building capabilities.
  • Strong project planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of employees across the business.
  • Knowledge of wireless and wireline organizations.
  • Experience cultivating strong collaborations with business and technical partners, and senior leadership.
  • An eye on external technology advancements, the competitive landscape, and future trends.
