What you’ll be doing...

•Provide KPI analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis. Analyze data and communicate key account opportunities related to performance.

•Ensure marketing and promotional funds are effectively spent by providing analytics to determine return on investment.

•Maintain and track budget expenditures and invoicing and ensure proper payment.

•Interact with internal and external cross functional teams and maintain project plans to accomplish desired business objectives.

•Support the Go to Market process for device and services launches within the Verizon Wireless Indirect channel. This includes coordination and delivery of all product details, training, merchandising elements, processes, and others though communications and training.

•Work closely with the Indirect Go to Market team to align on team calendar and field support presentation materials.

•Interface with Indirect Operations, Verizon Wireless Go to Market Team, Legal, Learning & Development, and Indirect Channel partners to ensure a successful launch for front line employees (Verizon Account Managers & Agent/National Retailer employees).

•Work closely with management and markets to align on and develop a flawless launch execution strategy, and evolve the launch execution process.

•Work with the Verizon field to conduct store visits to ensure execution of projects and initiatives.

•Maintain and update Account Review deck. Assist with preparing documents and materials for meeting and presentations.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

•Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

•Three or more years of sales experience in the telecommunications/wireless industry.

•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Google applications.

Even better if you have:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or four or more years of work experience.

•Knowledge of the National Retail Distribution channel.

•Strong interpersonal and project management skills.

•Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

•Self-motivation, ability to take smart risks and consistently demonstrate positive results.

•Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously.

•Three or more years of experience in marketing, operations, or product development.
