As our Director of Marketing you will oversee all aspects of marketing to fuel new business acquisition across our international markets in Europe and APAC. You will direct, build, and lead all demand generation, customer acquisition and in-country marketing across the various geographies and will assist with building a Go-to-Market strategy for international markets and have an ROI-driven mindset.

  • Lead and develop a team of Country Marketing Managers to deliver high-impact marketing programs that lead to outcomes such as lead acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Own the relationship with international sales leadership, local sales teams and sales operations to align efforts for maximum efficiency.
  • Exercise exceptional project management skills to coordinate and implement a broad range of marketing campaigns and communications efforts.
  • Work with centralized marketing teams across multiple geographies to deliver digital marketing & digital communications including management of the local website, ensuring regular fresh and compelling content is published.
  • Provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organization using traditional media, including but not limited to digital marketing, sales enablement, events and external media alerts
  • Serve as an ambassador for the brand and business, both internally and externally to the market.
  • Attract, on-board, and retain world-class talent for the growing team in the EU.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Marketing experience in B2B.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing programs/campaigns in various phases of the production cycle.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Seven or more of marketing experience in B2B.
  • Ability to read and interpret response data and analysis.
  • Experience developing and leading successful lead generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B ideally in the tech industry.
  • ROI-driven approach to marketing and a strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
  • Good eye for design and creative assets.
  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities independently and who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong background in guiding the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
