What you’ll be doing...

The Device Repair and Quality Team is seeking a Senior Manager of Programand Project Management to lead the team responsible for end to end program management for Verizon’s Same Unit Repair (SUR) Offering. Same Unit Repair is a customer centric transformation of Verizon’s device warranty offering which will allow customers who have experienced a warranty event to choose between getting an advanced replacement device or getting their device repaired either in store or by a mobile tech to the location of their choice.

  • Building and managing a team responsible for the end to end strategy and operations of the Same Unit Repair Program
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture that focuses on developing the best customer experience.
  • Design the IT Roadmap for Same Unit Repair through various phases and iterations.
  • Collaborate with front line teams to understand pain points in Same Unit Repair Systematic flow to drive a seamless rep and customer experience.
  • Develop and document requirements, architecture and user stories through partnerships with various organizations include Device Supply Chain, Device Marketing, IT, OEM’s and our third party repair providers to seamlessly integrate Same Unit Repair into current processes and develop new processes where needed.
  • Build process to plan and procure required components for Same Unit Repair Program.
  • Manage inventory at the warehouse and down to the store levels to ensure adequate supply while reducing working capital.
  • Work with OEMs and Same Unit Repair partners to procure and stock parts for newly launched devices.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more year of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Ten or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Experiencein Supply Chain andRepair.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experienceleading a team.
  • Experience in project management
