What you’ll be doing...

As a part of the Information Technology team, you’ll design and develop improvements to our customer care applications, like our Wireless Customer Communications platform. You’ll also work across the business to vet and deliver small to medium sized technology projects. The improvements that you recommend and implement will have a major impact on customer satisfaction, which will help improve our business and grow our customer base.

  • Collaborating with IT and business teams on projects.
  • Troubleshooting issues within customer care applications.
  • Supporting code and configuration updates.
  • Evaluating proposals to make sure they’re technically sound.
  • Supporting the implementation of upgrades and new applications.

• Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.

• Working directly with developers, leads and project managers to conceptualize, build, test and release the project

• Working along the developers and architects to create and maintain a robust mobiles and web applications

• Working with manager/leads and completing tasks in Agile/Scrum projects

• Deliver quality code and meet the Verizon standards in all delivery

• Optimizing performance for the services / web / UI.

• Maintenance and supporting existing projects

• Working on SIT and Prod issues and delivering within SLA

• Providing solutions to reoccurring issues

• Proactively monitoring system performance and failures

• Build prototypes and checking feasibility

• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies.

• Standardizing the platform and services

• Working with development and support team to automate continuous integration

• Provide/Implement ML and AI solution for the application

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle phases, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of computing software, hardware and networking infrastructure.

- 2to 3years of full stack developer experience .
- Should be strong in HTML 5, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, Angular, React JS
- Should have working knowledge in Cloud platform AWS, In memory cache "REDIS" .
- Needs to be familiar with DevOps process
