What you’ll be doing...

As a part of the Information Technology team, you’ll design and develop improvements to our customer care applications, like our Wireless Customer Communications platform. You’ll also work across the business to vet and deliver small to medium sized technology projects. The improvements that you recommend and implement will have a major impact on customer satisfaction, which will help improve our business and grow our customer base.

  • Collaborating with IT and business teams on projects.
  • Troubleshooting issues within customer care applications.
  • Supporting code and configuration updates.
  • Evaluating proposals to make sure they’re technically sound.
  • Supporting the implementation of upgrades and new applications.

We are looking for a full stack developer with the strong knowledge and experience with Java, Spring MVC, Microservices, JQuery, JavaScript with 4 or 5 and experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.Mandatory Skills: Java, Spring MVC, Core Java, J2EE, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Tomcat, SQL/PL-SQL/OracleSecondary Skills: ReactJs, Postgres, NodeJs, Angular JS4Qualifications:- Strong knowledge and experience in building scalable, extendable microservices- Strong knowledge and experience in the primary skillsets listed above- Experience working with DevOps tools – Maven, GIT, and Jenkins- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently as well as with team members across various time zones- AWS experience / knowledge is a plus- Experience with Atlassian DevOps tool set is a plus- Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment is a plus- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ Years of IT experience - Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision•Building complex business models that will help in providing relevant troubleshooting content for reps•Design and implement architectural changes in the application that will aid in app performance, systems rationationalization and better user experience•Partner actively with business partners in understanding the application deeply and improvise the application•Mentor the team on technical impediments and architectural challenges•Keeping track of the deliverables and help the team and business in planning and prioritizing the tickets•Assisting in DevOps, AWS migration along with helping the team in DevOps and Cloud Cup•Build AI and ML models for predicting and presenting valid troubleshooting content for reps•Able to function and work across teams with similar or more strategical challenges •Works with upper management on strategical and key initiatives along with BAU
