What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Global Supply Chain team, you will have a role in providing best in class customer service for the Wireless division. This position is responsible for providing analytical support to the ITTS Ticket Processing Team. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following and will be adjusted as needed by management.

  • This position requires you to look at the fine detail while also seeing the broader picture.
  • Meet regularly with team members to foster communication about system issues and work with manager to integrate suggested changes into system enhancement plan. Develop an understanding of Java programming language and machine learning to reduce headcount and drive purposeful work.
  • Leverage Excel skills to better deliver reporting data and integrate with Tableau to provide graphical interface for improved understanding of data. Partner with Supply Chain Analytics Team to leverage best practices in data science and take data-driven decisions to management for evaluation.
  • Research emerging issues that are customer-impacting or business-impacting inside and outside of the department.
  • The candidate must have the ability to prioritize tasks, think sequentially, have a sense of urgency, and consider customer service as the ultimate goal. Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills are imperative.
  • Proven ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects, successfully driving them to completion within the required timeframe.
  • Considerable level of team work as well as the ability to operate independently.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the ITTS system and partner with Customer Care department, Retail, Inventory, Finance, Corporate Billing, and IT to develop creative solutions to meet the challenges of a dynamic operation.

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of related work experience.
  • Experience working with ITTS and troubleshooting systems.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Warehouse, distribution, fulfillment center, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience in, in-store merchandising materials.
  • Knowledge of ACSS or similar customer service database, POS (Point of Sale), support ticketing and SAP systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
  • Four or more years of experience working in an retail environment.
  • Analytical experience, high attention to detail and strong organizational skill.
