What you’ll be doing...

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bill to Cash projects for CFO.
  • Lead cross organizational teams and be adept at managing deliverables through managed services.
  • Work with stakeholders both on wireline and wireless side and bring synergies within applications.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Review and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Provide direction and support to project team.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to Senior Management.
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results.
  • Exposure to agile/DevOps model;carried out project execution on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
  • Lead the team towards speed for delivery and speed for innovation.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Adept in managing relationships & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
  • Out of box thinking for enriching customer experiences.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project Management experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Scienceor Master’s degree.
  • Ten or more years of experience on both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Strong experience to technology migration initiatives from legacy to open source (Mainframes, JAVA, .Net, Angular, React etc.,) also some knowledge on finance domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in successfully leading large teams involved in IT Applications transformation.
  • Experience in the Credit and Collections, Payments and Revenue assurance space.
  • Experience to agile/DevOps model;carried out project execution on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
  • Ability to lead the team towards speed for delivery and speed for innovation.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Experience in managing relationships & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
  • Out of box thinking for enriching customer experiences.
