You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you manage will improve the applications used by your colleagues every day to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Adjusting projects to adapt to changing requirements and involving IT resources from other areas.
  • Managing project budgets and adjusting project plans to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring projects are staffed effectively and follow appropriate systems life cycles.
  • Developing and leading project status updates with client groups and IT teams.
  • Leading, developing and bringing out the best in your team.

End User Support for Location
Support Chennai location

Knowledge of technology

  • Must possess strong technical Knowledge with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and L1 network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Must be a very good communicator with good presentation, Interpersonal and Problem Solving skills.
  • Experience in operational data analysis to identify improvement areas by processes, data driven decision making & automation
  • Should be engineering centric
  • Desktop packaging & distribution, CITRIX VDI, fundamental knowledge in networking

Location wise expectations

  • Work out of Chennai and exhibit following activities
  • Handle location wise Shift scheduling
  • Collaborate with the Hyd team and also other DW teams in VDSI and collaborate with domestic DW EUS teams to ensure the team is abreast with the latest changes/events within the organization
  • Incorporating performance driven culture in the team
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, training and development
  • Taking appropriate performance improvement action or administering appropriate discipline when employees do not meet performance standards or expectations
  • Handle end user expectations by setting the right goals and ensuring best in class customer/employee experience through floor walks, focus groups, take data driven actions and handle escalations
  • Bring agility in the team by adopting agile methodology
  • Weekly/Daily reviews with team members and Support functions by providing guidance and monitor their job responsibilities
  • Eye on ushering new technologies to reduce tickets, simplifying the process through automation

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with JAVA, SQL, XML, C++.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience managing global resources.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) license.
  • Experience leading a technical team

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 10+of experience in End User Support in a large to medium size organization

Certifications in CCNA, MCNP will be added advantage
