What you’ll be doing...

At 140, Verizon’s in-house agency, you will be part of the energy that’s evolving the brand to become a leading technology player. The new Tribeca space brings together the industry’s sharpest minds across a multitude of disciplines, forming an integrated team that’s responsive and innovative across every Verizon touchpoint.

  • Directly supporting Verizon’s Chief Creative Officer.
  • Managing and maintaining a complex senior executive’s calendar with constant changing priorities, while maintaining sensitivity, including scheduling last minute meetings and appointments.
  • Managing external contacts and keeping track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts.
  • Proactively bringing together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues.
  • Preparing agendas in advance and coordinating meetings.
  • Managing travel arrangements and coordinating the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions.
  • Handling confidential information effectively.
  • Assisting team on project administration as needed.
  • Processing and maintaining expense reports.
  • Understanding organizational policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate protocols are followed.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives.
  • Experience with Mac products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule to include evenings and/or weekends on occasion or as needed.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in a creative or marketing industry.
  • Ten or more years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of leadership and external contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, cross-functional teams, and external parties.
