What you’ll be doing...


  • Play a Consultative/Collaborative Role to help put in place the appropriate process and tools and with the coordination of scrum team using Agile methodologies primarily Scrum & Extreme Programming Engineering practices.
  • Worked with Scrum Master and support product owner on owning user story creation, estimation, backlog refinement, sprint management, daily scrums calls, retrospective meetings, tracking and building software release plan and demonstrations.
  • Identify risk and attendant mitigations in sprint plan and MVP selection.
  • Implemented product controls and compliance procedures in line with both local and international regulations.
  • Developed improvement and performance measurement procedures and reporting formats.
  • Partner with sales team members to strategize and develop effective guided evaluations and technical close plans for customers across all verticals.
  • Assist in the expeditious completion of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Contributes/ Leads efforts in analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, by breaking the problem statements down into functional requirements and solution roadmap.
  • Gather business requirements, both functional and non-functional, and created Functional Design Document (FDD) and workflow diagrams.
  • Requirements walkthrough for developers, testers and other key stakeholders and took complete ownership of the requirement traceability matrixto identify current operating procedures and documented As-Is/To-Be processes, designed use cases, and drafted UML diagrams such as sequence.
  • Helps design functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy of solution.
  • Builds relationships with client peers, and provides intelligence to further footprint in the account.

You will need to have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in program management.

Even better if you have...

  • A degree.
  • Experience in writing JIRA, SQL , creating JIRA reports and Confluence.
  • Certification in Agile SCRUM.
  • Experience in working on integration projects with skills to define and document web services.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
  • Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD.
  • Sound knowledge of Agile metrics (Burndown, Velocity, Cumulative Flow, Task Definition), team maturity and fluency levels.
  • Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
