What you’ll be doing...

As a member of the Prepaid CRM Marketing Team, you will be designing, executing, and evolving CRM target marketing strategies. The focus will be on decreasing churn, increasing revenue, and improving the customer lifecycle. You will evolve strategies to keep up with ever changing business and customer needs as well as improving effectiveness and efficiency.

  • In depth involvement in each CRM program’s end to end development and execution including cross functional communication and content & creative creation
  • Manage competitive tracking and understanding by reporting and monitoring competitor in-market promotions, purchase experiences and customer retention efforts
  • Assist in the development/build of the customer journey
  • Periodically review all existing communications for adherence to brand guidelines and engage appropriate cross functional teams when updates are needed
  • Partner with Customer Experience to update process flows and their impacted communications in order to improve and/or streamline the customer contact flow
  • Maintain accuracy across all communication touchpoints and work with cross functional partners to fix discrepancies when they arise
  • Identify opportunities for process alignment and simplification as it relates to execution and operations
  • Partner with Business Units and Product teams to support launches that include offerings to the Prepaid base

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or three or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  • Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Three or more years of experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work, problem solve, and lead independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through multitasking, prioritization, and negotiating expectations.
