What you’ll be doing...
The Verizon Technology Consumer Group is looking for a highly motivated, solution oriented, and creatively strategic individual to help enrich our employee engagement and drive multiple aspects of our Verizon 2.0 transformation. In this role, you will own the chief of staff / executive organization functions for the GTS Consumer Group organization. This includes owning the creation, development, and execution of all executive updates, meetings, and reviews within the GTS Consumer Group. This position requires working collaboratively across all of GTS Consumer Group and multiple Business Units to design and execute an optimized executive / strategic communication process as well as lead multiple teams through initiatives of varying complexity that will influence decision making and drive change in our culture. The incumbent will be able to effectively describe and promote through visual and written communication, the organization’ strategy and key messaging targeted to employees, executives, leaders, and other partners within VCG as well as external partners.
