The Enterprise Success Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business consisting of Verizon Connect’s large revenue accounts. Primary duties include renewal of service agreements and up-selling accounts. This position will work internally across all functions to drive customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets.


  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise accounts to promote Telogis' products and services and profitable business relationships.
  • Protect and defend annual revenue, customer base and subscriptions.
  • Utilizes detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients’ business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value and ROI for clients.
  • Liaise with technical support, accounting and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer site visits to create & maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization.
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Assist in establishing a "Best Practices" sales process for large/enterprise level accounts.
  • Responsible for managing escalated customer support issues.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Experience in MS Office suite and CRM solutions including Salesforce.com.
  • Willingness to travel

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Five or more years of accomplished B2B selling experience at large/enterprise level accounts.
  • Ability to generate activity through networking and association marketing within assigned accounts.
  • Experience selling software solutions or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Strong achievement and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills.
