What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining ongoing customer post-sales relationship and networking.
  • Onboarding and educating them to stay connect to their account with Verizon Customer Portal - Verizon Enterprise Center.
  • Provide insights on client-to-business interactions.
  • Improve customer experience by overseeing the operational health of Verizon Services from delivery through lifecycle support.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests.
  • Directly manage internal and external resources to deliver services maintain their compliance with customer contractual commitments.
  • Develop and manage client portfolios and strategic service plan.
  • Understanding your customer, analyze customer data to improve customer experience and to grow the relationship.
  • Improve onboarding processes and educate them to self-manage their account with Verizon Customer Portal - Verizon Enterprise Center.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Problem management, linking re-occurring incidents to identify underlying causes and developing comprehensive plans to preclude future occurrences.
  • Attending customer meetings (virtual) to co-ordinate and evaluate ongoing customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring customer files and database records are maintained with correct information.
  • Produce standard service performance reports for review with customers.
  • Minimize customer churn.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English & Mandarin (both written and verbal communication skills).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Ability to patient and an active listener.
  • Passion for service.
  • Basic computer hardware and software skills, including Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
  • Experience in an industry-related field.
