What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be a part of our world-class business sales organization determined to change the world and empower our customers to do the same. The customer experience will be in your hands, establishing relationships and offering solutions through customer sales presentations. You’ll play a vital role in growing and maintaining our existing customer base and managing churn.

  • Identifying, acquiring and penetrating national and government accounts.
  • Negotiating contracts and identifying and closing contract renewal opportunities.
  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining positive relationships and/or partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Fulfilling contracts internally by working with key functional groups and third party vendors.
  • Leading efforts to fulfill contracts internally by working with key functional groups.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to further penetrate accounts and drive activations with assigned area and regional team members.

You are a strong communicator and thrive in a sales environment. You set the bar high when it comes to achieving goals, and you drive hard for results. You’re open to new ideas, relate well with a variety of different people and are attuned to the needs of others. You have a competitive spirit and a desire to win.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Outside sales or account management experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Eligibility to pass a motor vehicle records check.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a sales team in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Prospecting, funnel management and account management experience. Ideally, with major or national accounts.
  • Managed competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
