What you’ll be doing...

You will provide contract level support to include but not limited to transition preparation, analysis and execution supporting internal support team as well federal agencies. The customer experiences you will be supporting will represent the best of what Verizon has to offer and will set the foundation for the relationship our internal and external customers will experience. This work will be fast-paced, results-oriented and involve working closely with other functional teams to hit firm deadlines.

The Client Services Manager's responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assists Account Team in analyzing client inventory and engage the appropriate internal Verizon resources for correction in preparation for contracts transition
  • Engage Account Team for the planning of migrations of service from existing contracts to the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract
  • Participate in the execution of the systematic migration of services from existing federal contracts to the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract
  • Assist in the operational migrations the of services from existing federal contracts to the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract
  • Assists with oversight and tracking of customer onboarding for Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract
  • Ensures that all contracted program deliverables are completed.
  • Provide status tracking and communication of transition activities to Account teams and the Federal Program Management Office
  • Develops and is accountable for service improvement plans for chronic/critical transition issues.
  • Participates in any technical, contract compliance network reviews and development in support of Agency awards and transitions
  • Provide overall Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract support with other Federal Program Management office to include but not limited to Project Management, Service Level Agreements, Billing, production support and operations

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • ITIL v3 Certification, or will obtain certification within six months of your start date.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience in the Federal contracts space.
  • Telecommunications or related experience and knowledge of typical products and services.
  • Certifications including Agile or PMP.
  • Service Delivery or relevant experience.
  • Project Management or related experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
