What you’ll be doing...

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, colleagues and third party providers.
  • Raise and manage cases in Salesforce.
  • Identify issues, obtain relevant details, troubleshoot, investigate and/or escalate as required.
  • Take ownership of cases, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support multiple platforms.
  • Become an expert on the subject matter.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Customer service experience – ideally in a call centre - at least 2 years.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise and manage caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work rostered shifts between 8am and 6pm.
  • Happy working under pressure.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of all possible solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Even better if you have:

  • Vehicle tracking/telematics experience.
  • Salesforce/CRM applications experience.
  • Mobile communications experience.
  • Tertiary qualification, ideally in computer science, engineering or similar.
