What you’ll be doing...

  • Identifying and managing customer lists to align with various communication waves/requirements specifically in the wholesale, retail & wholesale MDU and wholesale Product Grandfathering & Withdrawal space.
  • Creating multiple communication documents and scripting for NT Targeted customers (Letters, ANAs, Outbound call scripts, FAQs) that comply with state regulations and legal requirements.
  • Working with Legal, Regulatory, Go-To-Market teams, VES/ VBM Large Account teams and Sales operations to ensure consistent messaging around the NT Program (Communication, Service Alerts, Rep Training, Analysis & Reporting).
  • Teaming with NT Project Managers and other VZ organizations for reporting in regards to revenue, status, progress and issues.
  • Interfacing with various LOB liaisons to drive communications, cascade awareness and program updates to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Addressing and resolving knowledge gaps regarding the NT Program within VZ and promoting NT Program goals via various resources (training, service alerts, SFDC – VES, VPS contacts) Coordinate with NT PMO Operations team for appropriate and timely delivery on NT Program goals for our service delivery and field resources.
  • Interaction/Participation with IT to help define logic for NT systems
  • Continue to design and implement streamlined processes within the NT Communication arena

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in Multidisciplinary/Line Staff Experience
  • Financial, business case and operations review experience
  • Ability to perform extensive data analysis, research & tracking to support appropriate communication & provide an improved customer experience.
  • Enterprise voice and data product and process experience – Service delivery, account management, product development, marketing or sales
  • Experience in Excel, Power point, Access, Share point and / or other financial analytical tools.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Robust Service Order Knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and work within tight and fast timelines.
  • Strong execution and follow up on ALL assigned tasks.
