What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for someone to join our Global Voice Delivery team.

The Global Voice Delivery (GVD) team manages all provisioning aspects for the Global Inbound Services (GIS) voice product, as well as other International based voice products such as IPCC (IP-Contact Center), International Toll-Free services (ITFS) and Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN). Additionally, we manage porting of local telephone numbers in Canada, Europe, and a growing list of APAC countries. This number porting activity sometimes necessitates some Out-Of-Hours working.

As a Voice Technical Project Manager, you’ll coordinate with various Verizon teams to manage and track all steps of these orders to ensure timely completion while working directly with over 70 international carriers in the installation and activation of ITFS and UIFN numbers.

  • Serving as the primary contact for sales and the customer in the provisioning process of all GIS numbers.
  • Configuring Global Inbound Services directly into our NetCap call-routing platform.
  • Provisioning IP-contact Center (IPCC) orders received in your Provisioning Controller queue.
  • Provisioning voice services into our international network, as well as coordinating other parties (Verizon teams, Other carriers and at times, our customer’s own engineers) to ensure a successful delivery of those services.
  • Serving as a (Telephone) Number Manager for APAC and Canada, while maintaining accurate records in our iNRM (International Number Resources Manager) platform.
  • Managing Telephone Number Portability for our International customers.
  • Keeping our customers updated on order progress.
  • Using your product and platform knowledge to support our Sales teams during the customer bidding process.
  • Working with Product Management and IT teams to help enhance our current offerings.
  • Working with Product Management.

What we’re looking for...

You’re tech savvy with a great project management skill sets and strong communication and customer service skills.

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with MS Office applications including Excel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Even better if you have

  • A degree.
  • A background in Telecom Services (Voice/data) technology.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Project Management experience
  • Provisioning controller experience.
  • International Number Resource Manager (iNRM) experience.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Capability to be highly organized and manage multiple projects.
