What you’ll be doing...

What you’ll be doing:

Your role is to nurture, develop and grow our greatest asset – our people. You will review the EMEA business as a whole to understand the current needs and also strategize on future gaps to proactively address areas of engagement, culture, corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion.

In this role, you will tailor global people strategies and programs to the local region as well as developing new strategies to engage the workforce ensuring cultural and regulatory needs are met according to business priorities.

You will partner closely with the International Employee Experience & Engagement team, the International Talent Development team as well as the local HRBP teams to ensure programs are relevant and impactful to the region and successfully launched and measured according to pre-determined metrics and objectives.

  • Creating a program plan for the EMEA business with metrics and ROI for each initiative.

  • Partnering with country HRBPs and stakeholders to ensure that the employee engagement & experience program is promoted and delivered

  • Designing, developing and rolling out programs and activities in accordance with the objectives and strategic direction of the organization.

  • Writing program funding proposals as needed.

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle and providing updates as required.

  • Analyzing program risks

  • Relevant experience in a matrixed global organisation

  • Passion for employee engagement, culture, corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion.

  • Experience in Human Resources or leading employee focussed programs in the business.

  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

  • Project or Programme Management experience

  • The ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and professional levels.

  • Strong influencing skills
