What you’ll be doing...

As the compliance and governance subject matter expert (SME) you will be responsible for ensuring the International Customer Care teams processes, documentation and system access are in accordance with both the contractual agreements with supporting vendors and with regulatory requirements. You will serve as the lead for ISO accreditation and will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external audits. You will host quarterly MSR reviews with senior management and be responsible for coordination of stakeholders, to gather all data required to fulfil the required templates. Ensuring that clearance for systems and tools is provided prior to use within the outsourced centres the compliance and governance you will serve as the gatekeeper for the customer care tools and system requirements.

  • Ensure Vendor DTP (Desktop procedure) governance.
  • Work with the finance teams and vendors to ensure that the process is followed.
  • Ensure all process documentation is regularly validated and maintained with correct information and process flows.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for vendor clearance.
  • Ensure that the required tools have the required clearance.
  • Work with the clearance team to provide system information and screen shots.
  • Track clearance status and completion.
  • Ensure that all compliance is successfully completed including ISO9001 and SOX as required.
  • Coordinate ISO governance meetings and ensure Senior Management attendance and input to the process.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Customer Service/Relationship Management work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of post sales billing related service processes.
  • Microsoft Office, Verizon Business provisioning, OVI, EMEA billing systems.
  • Knowledge of Verizon Business product portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills.
