What you’ll be doing...

Project Management of a complex Financial / Billing process within Global Operations & Customer Care and take responsibility for the end to end transaction and stakeholder management, ensuring a timely and correct outcome for the customer. Transferring billing between both Verizon and Customer legal entities, you will oversee the initial data gathering and customer requirements by providing a consultative service upfront. Ensure the customer outcome is clear. Milestone setting, governance and escalation are key activities within this process.

Engaging with numerous core teams that support the process you will be responsible for managing these groups and ensuring they meet their OLA’s, escalating when they are missed and providing feedback to the business on process improvements.

  • Engage and communicate with the customer in coordination with their needs and requirements.

  • Managing the process through the work flow tools, ensuring all supporting teams meet their agreed OLAs.

  • Set realistic expectations at the start and ensure any changes to expected timelines are communicated to all parties.

  • Coordinate and manage financial credit and rebill activities when required.

  • Provide final billing quality checks and sign offs.

  • Intervene and escalate with a sense of urgency when issues arise and take accountability for resolution.

  • Communicate back to the management team any pertinent customer feedback, concerns or opportunities for process improvement.

  • Represent Verizon with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in client relationship management.

  • A degree.
  • Experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Worked previously in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in relationship management.
