What you’ll be doing...

    As part of Verizon Enterprise Solutions, you’ll be helping to maximize revenue growth through your astute management of functional operations. You will watch for opportunities to improve the team’s reporting, analysis, performance metrics, and sales outcomes. You’ll create strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. This is an opportunity to combine your business expertise with your ability to think creatively and make a real difference to the team’s performance and Verizon’s bottom line. Responsibilities associated with the position include:

    • Analyzing sales data to drive accurate forecasting and funnel management and to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
    • Tracking sales opportunities from lead generation through revenue realization, account development, and customer retention.
    • Creating sales incentives, skill building, and other programs to drive sales performance.
    • Planning for the sales function, including headcount updates, communications, sales plan development, and budget management.

    This position can be located in other valid Verizon locations or work remotely within a reasonable commute distance to a valid Verizon location.

      What we’re looking for...

      You’ll need to have:

      • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
      • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
      • Business or sales operations experience.

      Even better if you have:

      • Master’s degree.
      • Experience analyzing forecasted sales and measured sales to determine sales force productivity.
      • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-tier customers.
      • The ability to influence different type of stakeholders.
      • The ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and to the satisfaction of multiple stakeholders.
      • The ability to train others on sales force automation and productivity skills and tools.
      • A desire to drive efficiencies across projects and programs.
      • A drive for results and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
      • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
