This entry-level opportunity is right for the person that has a passion for media, a thirst for knowledge, and a drive that pushes them to be a self-starter that attacks opportunities and pushes them above and beyond. This role is a great entry into media strategy, for someone that is getting started and wants to roll up their sleeves to help drive while learning.

As a member of this exciting team, this role will be responsible for shaping the media strategy and operations from an enterprise perspective driving the activation of key media initiatives Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Brand & Business Media Strategy, Planning & buying team.
  • Develop presentations that outline team and campaign initiatives and program details.
  • Manage project and coordinate team and media campaign initiatives as assigned.
  • Partner with the Director to project manage key team logistics and operations
  • Support the Activation team billing process end to end by directly managing agency aging reports, invoicing, ensuring payments are conducted in a timely manner and that all of the Activation team cost center is paid and closed out in our systems properly.
  • Partner with the Director to project manage the broader Activation team logistics and operations.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
    • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite.
    • Willingness to travel.

    Even better if you have:

    • A degree.
    • Class experience or internship experience in paid media or social marketing.
    • A true passion for media or marketing and how it connects consumers to a message.
    • Ability to drive results and innovate along the way.
    • Ability to thrive in a highly evolving, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to manage through ambiguity and balance multiple dynamic priorities.
    • Strong communicator that takes initiative.
    • Excellent communication and partnership skills.
