What you’ll be doing...

Manage and develop complex data analysis for Consumer Marketing. Define the short-term direction of the project/program in support of departmental and organizational goals. Recommends action, scheduling and planning projects, and manage project to completion. Empower decision making around strategic initiatives, programs, and impacts from competitive actions. Manages the development and training of direct reports to deliver multiple analytics projects with different business sponsors. Performs mid-year and end of year evaluations of direct reports. Manage a team with different levels of experience to carry out the analysis and reporting. Use business intelligence and business analytics techniques to analyze customer data and trends and influence business strategies. Work in consumer related services, financial services, or technology. Utilize Teradata, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS, Microsoft Cubes, and relational databases. Analyze key business and customer data and trends, and provide actionable business insights and plans to the target audience. Structure the methodology and framework for analytics and guide the team to execute against this framework. Use analytical, big data and reporting expertise to provide information that will guide strategy and decision making across the business. Present complex concepts, results and course correction recommendations to multiple stakeholders. Make connections between data derived from different sources, synthesize it into one complete picture, and present data driven narratives to business sponsors and senior staff to drive the company's priorities. Analyze complex data, prepare reports, and present findings to multiple stakeholders. Manage multiple complex high-visibility projects with different business sponsors.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Statistics, DataAnalytics, Marketing, or a related field followed by 6 years of progressive experience using business intelligence and businessanalytics techniques to analyze customer trends and to influence business strategies. 6 years of experience managing the development and training of a team to deliver multiple analytics projects with different business sponsors. Experience therein to include 4 years of experience in consumer related services, financial services, or technology services. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience with Teradata, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS, Microsoft Cubes, and relational databases.
