What you’ll be doing...

You will explore what our people need to learn to be even better. Your programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and be highly effective and in tune with our culture. You’ll design learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.

  • Delivering Training Programs to Sales Teams on topics such as strategic sales skills, CRM systems (SFDC), products and solutions, soft skills and wireless/wireline technology.
  • Facilitating both face to face and virtually.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Sales stakeholders to determine learning needs and appropriate delivery approach.
  • Partnering with Curriculum Developers and Frontline Sales Employees to create relevant and engaging learning solutions.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions.
  • Providing regular updates to sales leadership on training completions and results achieved.

What we’re looking for...

You’re energized by discovering the best new learning approaches and applying them to create engaging learning programs. You seek feedback and understand the importance of continuous improvement. You gain satisfaction from managing projects to meet key learning objectives and then seeing the impact of strong learning programs on the performance of the business.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of delivering engaging learning programs face to face and virtually.
  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Wireless and/or Wireline network technology that enable enterprise business solutions.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Technical and/or soft skill training certifications.
  • Experience selling technology or communication solutions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
  • Managed platform training assignments and related initiatives effectively, balancing timeliness and quality in a fast-paced environment.
